CANCELLATION, CHANGE, NO-SHOW & SALON POLICIES

We kindly ask clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or change to an appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% charge. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, or no-shows are subject to a 100% charge.

Appointments and time slots are reserved exclusively for each guest. Any change that results in lost reserved time may be treated as a cancellation. This policy allows us to operate with dignity and respect, ensures our team is compensated for reserved time, and allows us to continue providing high-quality service.

Appointments Booked Within 24 Hours (Same-Day or Next-Day Bookings):

  • Due to short notice, no cancellations or rescheduling are allowed.

  • Any missed or cancelled appointment will be charged 100% of the booked service.

Lateness:

  • If you arrive late and your stylist cannot perform the full service due to time constraints, 100% of the originally booked service will be charged.

  • Please arrive on time so we can deliver the best results.

Satisfaction & Corrections:

  • We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with results.

  • We are happy to offer corrections if you contact us within 7 days of your appointment.

  • Any additional changes or add-ons beyond the original service may incur additional charges.

Product Returns:

  • Products are non-refundable.

  • Returns are only accepted within 14 days of purchase if the product is unopened and in original packaging.

Bridal & Group Bookings:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required following the trial to secure your event date.

  • This ensures your stylist(s) are fully reserved for you.

  • Final schedule and full payment are due 7 days before the event.
