Why We Ask for a Credit Card When You Book  

 

At Glow and Bloom Coiffure, we require a credit card when booking online or by phone. 
Our system is designed this way to securely hold your appointment. 
This step is requested only once—once your card is on file, the system will not ask again. 


You are not charged in advance. 


Your card is securely stored in our system, which is fully compliant with industry-standard security and privacy protocols. This simple measure allows us to enforce our cancellation and rescheduling policy fairly for all guests. 


As a small, independent business, we’ve experienced many last-minute cancellations and no-shows. Unfortunately, this impacts not only our operations—but also the livelihood of our talented team. 


As the owner, I carry the responsibility of ensuring the long-term sustainability of our salon and—most importantly—supporting the incredible women who work here, so they can continue doing what they love and earning a living.
